You name one thing
One goal. Not five. Five is how you ended up here. We write it down in your words, with a number and a time.

Do it.Daily accountability / zero sympathy
So every day I check whether you did. Didn't? First a reminder. Then a warning. Then your final notice.
From €19 per 4 weeks•One goal, not five•Cancel any time (coward)
It's 20:00. Did you write the 500 words?
not yet, crazy day
You said that yesterday. 500 words is 25 minutes. You watched 40 minutes of something with a soundtrack.
ok ok. doing it now
done. 512.
Good. Day 12. Same time tomorrow.
How it works
One goal. Not five. Five is how you ended up here. We write it down in your words, with a number and a time.
Same time every evening, a message lands: did you do it? Two seconds to answer. No app, no dashboard, no streak emoji.
Lying to me is allowed, it just doesn't work. I remember what you said on Tuesday and I will bring it up on Thursday.
Missed it? First a reminder, with your own promise quoted back at you. Miss it again and that's a warning, out loud, by phone. Then it's your final notice. It works. It's horrible. It works.
The excuse machine
This is a taste, not the service. The real thing knows your goal, your patterns and your voice. This one just knows excuses.
Type something. I've heard it all, but go ahead.

The volume dial
Everyone breaks at a different volume. Drag the dial and read what lands on your phone at 20:00 on the day you didn't do it.
Gentle nudgeUnhinged
That's two days. Two is the number we agreed we'd never hit.

“If I miss this one, it actually costs me.”
Before you ask
A reminder, then a warning, then a phone call you cannot dodge, with your own promise read back to you. It's a friend who refuses to let it slide, not a stranger being cruel. You'll never be insulted, only quoted.
Then say it and we move on. Life happens: sick kids, funerals, real emergencies. I can tell the difference between a bad week and a soft habit. Usually within four days.
Reminder and Warning assume your plan is fine and you have a doing problem, not a knowing problem. That costs €39, not €300. Final Notice adds the missing piece: on Sunday we work out the how together. Guidance, not therapy, and you still do the work.
Anything you can answer yes or no to in two seconds. Write 500 words. Walk 30 minutes. Send the invoice. Be home by 18:00. Vague goals are just wishes with better grammar.
Silence is an answer, and it's the loudest one. Two days of nothing and I call. That is the single most useful thing you're paying for.
One click, no call, no retention offer. You'll get one message asking whether it's the plan or the notices. Then it's done.
